Daniel Elbert, DDS is a Southern California native and graduate of the New York University College of Dentistry, where he completed an honors program in Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Elbert provides comprehensive dental care including preventive, restorative, orthodontic, implant, and cosmetic dentistry, while also maintaining an advanced focus in Dental Sleep Medicine. He is dedicated to helping patients improve not only their smiles, but their overall health through customized oral appliance therapy designed to treat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
Recognizing the powerful connection between airway health, sleep quality, and long-term wellness, Dr. Elbert has pursued extensive advanced education in sleep-disordered breathing and minimally invasive treatment options. Ping Pizzo, Sleep Care Specialist brings a unique blend of clinical experience, advanced sleep training, and a holistic wellness philosophy to patient care. She earned two degrees along with two academic minors from the University of Washington, building a strong foundation in both healthcare and patient-centered communication.
Prior to specializing in dental sleep medicine, Ping spent three years at Harborview Medical Center working within the Otolaryngology (ENT) department as a Patient Care Coordinator. During this time, she developed extensive experience supporting patients with airway, breathing, and sleep-related conditions, guiding them through treatment plans with compassion and attention to detail.
Ping has completed advanced training in Dental Sleep Medicine and is certified in Sleep Care through Sleep Group Solutions as well as Transform Dental Sleep. She is also a SomnoMed® Certified Provider, with specialized knowledge in oral appliance therapy for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea. Her approach focuses on education, comfort, and personalized support, helping patients feel confident throughout their sleep health journey.
In addition to her clinical background, Ping is a Holistic Wellness and Nutritional Healing Consultant.
